Roles and Responsibilities


Job Responsibilities: - • Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants. • Ensure the staffing needs as per department requirements within stipulated timelines. • Sourcing applicants through various channels. • Create Job descriptions in coordination with department heads. • Ensure error free documentation. • Coordinate and arrange interviews adhering to recruitment policy of the company. • Onboarding of new recruits. Skills Required: • Excellent Written and verbal Communication (Fluent English preferred). • Should have sound knowledge of technology and various recruitment tools.
