Qualification : First Class Graduate / Preferably MBA in Marketing

Experience : Minimum 7 years

Roles and Responsibilities


Job Responsibilities: - • Develop robust sales strategies and identify innovations in business development • Formulate and implement the strategy to drive the Broking business at assigned area • Responsible for profit & loss of the vertical as per the strategic plan • Manage the team to achieve overall revenue objective • Would be responsible for expanding the client base in all regions through combination of both direct as well as indirect channel. • Training & development of all units • Look after the road blocks that are coming into the way of smooth operation. • Should have experience of managing a team / branches in any reputed Stock Broking Company • Skilled and in-depth knowledge of all Stock Market affairs. • Providing support to the senior management team in business development through extensive research analysis & financial modelling Skills Required: • Excellent written and verbal communication • In-depth understanding of technologies, such as CRM Software, databases, marketing materials and automation systems.
