Roles and Responsibilities


Responsibility to Achieve: • Managing and implementing strategic programmmes related to recruitment, selection, resource management, training & development, orientation, induction, performance appraisal, payroll processing and Employee Engagement. • Develop and implement HR strategies & policies which would align business needs and supports organization goals. • To be a true Business Partner to understand the business of the organization and its goals. • Proficiency in recruitment and ensuring quality of hire and adherence to internal compliances & process. • Managing organizational changes and driving culture building to increase employee satisfaction and productivity. • Extensively involved into the documentation, including maintaining employee records, preparation of offer letter, appointment letter, joining formalities, relieving letter, experience letter ,reference checking and onboarding of the candidates. • Maintaining employees time keeping, attendance and leave record on daily, weekly, monthly basis. • Handling employee Compensation and Benefits , Salary /Increment /Incentive/Promotion . • Ensure defined SOPs are followed. • To Manage and resolve Employee Grievances and Interpersonal Conflicts. • Managing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders to ensure employee related statutory compliances and benefits. • Provide analytical and well documented MIS and reports to the stakeholders on a regular basis. • Managing HR, admin & Facility management activities as per the expectation of the company. Key Skills : • Excellent Written and verbal Communication ( Fluent English preferred). • Effective People management and problem solving skills.
