Roles and Responsibilities


Key Responsibilities: 1. Content Creation: • Assist in creating compelling and relevant content for social media posts, including graphics, videos, and written copy. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars and plan social media campaigns aligned with business objectives. • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and regulatory requirements. 2. Social Media Management: • Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly to inquiries and engagement. • Engage with followers, liking, sharing, and commenting on posts to foster meaningful interactions and build relationships. • Schedule and publish social media posts using management tools, ensuring consistency and timeliness. 3. Community Engagement: • Participate in social media communities, including groups and forums relevant to the financial services industry, to facilitate discussions and networking opportunities. • Identify and engage with influencers and key stakeholders to expand our social media reach and influence. • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to stay informed and identify opportunities for engagement. 4. Analytics and Reporting: • Assist in monitoring social media analytics to track key performance metrics, such as engagement, reach, and follower growth. • Compile data and prepare regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media efforts and identify areas for improvement. • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize social media strategies and tactics. 5. Coordination and Support: • Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, communications, and compliance, to ensure social media initiatives align with overall marketing objectives and regulatory requirements. • Support the execution of social media campaigns, events, and promotions, providing assistance as needed. • Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices, sharing relevant insights with the team. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. • Previous experience or internship in social media management, marketing, or related roles preferred. • Strong interest in social media platforms and trends, with a desire to learn and grow in the field. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content and interact effectively with online communities. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in using social media platforms, scheduling tools, and basic analytics. • Knowledge of financial services industry concepts and terminology is a plus. • Enthusiasm, creativity, and a positive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration.
