Roles and Responsibilities


Responsibilities: Digital Marketing: 1.Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote our stockbroking services and products across various online channels, including social media, search engines, email, and display advertising. 2.Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for optimization and growth. 3.Manage the creation of engaging content, including articles, videos, infographics, and interactive tools, to attract and educate our target audience. 4.Utilize data-driven insights to measure campaign performance, track key metrics, and generate actionable reports to optimize marketing ROI. 5.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including creative agencies, to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business objectives. Product Development: 1.Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, sales, and compliance, to bring innovative stockbroking products to market. 2.Conduct market research, customer surveys, and competitor analysis to identify market gaps and develop product strategies that meet customer needs and preferences. 3.Translate market requirements into product specifications, user stories, and prototypes, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. 4.Work closely with technology teams to prioritize feature development, manage product roadmaps, and oversee the timely delivery of product releases. 5.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product messaging, and sales enablement materials to drive product adoption and revenue growth. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. •Rich experience in digital marketing, product management, or related roles within the financial services industry, preferably in stockbroking or investment management. •Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, tools, and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and marketing automation. •Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive product innovation, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. •Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics, and experience in using data to drive decision-making. •Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
