Position Overview: We are seeking a visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our Executive team and lead our Company's operational excellence. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, optimizing processes, and enhancing organizational performance to support our growth objectives. Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership: 1.Provide strategic direction and leadership in the development and implementation of operational policies, procedures, and initiatives to drive efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness. 2.Collaborate with senior management to define and execute the company's strategic objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements. 3.Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and benchmarks to monitor and evaluate operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous process optimization. 4.Lead cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, and enhance operational workflows across all departments, including trading, compliance, technology, and customer service. 5.Foster a culture of operational excellence, innovation, and accountability, empowering employees to take ownership of their roles and contribute to the overall success of the organization. Risk Management and Compliance: 1.Oversee the development and implementation of robust risk management and compliance frameworks to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices. 2.Collaborate with the compliance team to monitor regulatory changes, assess their impact on the business, and implement necessary adjustments to maintain compliance. 3.Conduct regular risk assessments, internal audits, and reviews to identify potential risks, vulnerabilities, and gaps in controls, and implement corrective actions as needed. 4.Serve as a key liaison with regulatory authorities, external auditors, and other stakeholders to ensure transparency, accountability, and regulatory compliance. Strategic Planning and Business Development: 1.Work closely with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute strategic plans, initiatives, and growth strategies to expand market presence, increase revenue, and drive profitability. 2.Identify market trends, opportunities, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making and capitalize on market developments. 3.Evaluate potential partnerships, acquisitions, and strategic alliances to support business expansion and diversification initiatives. 4.Lead the development of business cases, financial models, and feasibility studies to assess the viability of new initiatives and investment opportunities. Team Leadership and Development: 1.Build and develop a high-performing team of operations professionals, providing mentorship, coaching, and guidance to foster professional growth and development. 2.Establish clear goals, objectives, and performance expectations for the operations team, and provide regular feedback, performance evaluations, and recognition to drive employee engagement and motivation. 3.Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning, encouraging knowledge sharing, cross-functional collaboration, and skill development within the team.
